Australian Property Connection was established in April 2001 by Regine Bergmann
Regine discovered Cairns on an adventurous tour of Far North Queensland. She never left! Migrating from Germany and having found Cairns, Regine thinks Cairns is the most livable spot in Australia. Well travelled, she has named this area the “Tahiti of Australia” (not an uncommon comparison used by other Europeans) and her activities in real estate reflect her appreciation of living in this part of the world.
Australian Property Connection is now located at the Boland's Centre,
14 Spence Street, in the Cairns CBD.
Since the Australian Government invites foreigners to invest in Australia, Regine and Stephan are prepared to work in with the special requirements that these buyers are obliged to fulfill. The majority of properties that are included on Australian Property Connection’s website fulfills the criteria stipulated by the Government, provided a special visa has been granted.
