Polycarbonate panels inserted at intervals in the verandah roof ensure the internal space remains light and bright.
Polished hardwood floors, a profusion of glass and high ceilings all contribute to the subtropical aesthetic, with excellent insulation afforded by the Ricon roof structure. For those cooler nights, you have the option of flicking on the two reverse cycle air conditioners or dimming the lights to create intimacy and settling in by the Swedish designed Jotul built-in wood burner.

Imagine lazy brunches, over-water dinner parties, sundowners with friends. Alternatively, lay your yoga mat down, practice your photography skills (the lake is teeming with birds, both resident and migratory), gather your thoughts, or clear your mind. With turpentine piles, this structure is here for the long haul.
Either side of the living space, long, enticing hallways lit by footlights at night lure the eye, piquing curiosity, with framed views left and right slowing down the journey of discovery.
Eastwards lies the media room, the guest quarters with built-ins and French doors to the verandah, and a bathroom with shower and classic terracotta floor tiles.
