He has spent his entire life living and working within the South Eastern regions of Victoria and now specialises in the real estate transactions taking place in BOTANIC RIDGE, CRANBOURNE NORTH, CRANBOURNE WEST and in the surrounding estates and suburbs.
He completed his school days at Berwick Secondary College and, after 6 years experience in customer service, decided to enter the real estate industry, his lifelong ambition. Over the past 10 years or so he has had the privilege of be able to service the local community as a valuable member of the Ray White Super Group, Australia’s leading real estate brand name. Paul was one of only a select few who was asked to take part in a traineeship recognised by the Real Estate Institute of Victoria and after obtaining his Certificate IV in Property Services he was able to further his knowledge by regularly attending the Ray White Cadet Program.
As a direct result of this and after many hours of hard work some of his achievements include: Ray White Cranbourne’s Sales Person of the year (multiple times), Number One and Number Two Sales Consultant for the South East Zone (multiple times), induction into the Alan White Premier Club (yearly since 2007) and he was the winner of the Excellence in Sales Award for Ray White Victoria/Tasmania in 2006 (similar to Rookie of the Year). Paul has also achieved Elite Status (yearly since 2010), a reward recognised by Brian White, the National Chairman, for record sales numbers. In 2009 and 2010 Paul settled enough commission to be acknowledged as a Top 20 Sales Person for the Ray White Group. However, 2011 was a personal best for Team Paul Ringeri being crowned as the Number 3 Sales Team for the year. This most recent accolade places Paul in the top 1% of the 500 or so agents working in Victoria/Tasmania under the Ray White banner. Guest speaking is his newest passion. Over the past 2 years Paul has spoken at training session in Ballarat and St. Kilda with the highlight being flown to Perth, WA to present at a Ray White Corporate training session!
Paul’s highest priority is to stay one step ahead of each of his competitors and to ensure that every client that he deals with is 100% satisfied with the services that he and Ray White Cranbourne provide. As a Top 10 Sales Office in Victoria/Tasmania since 2007 it cannot be underestimated how important a tailored made marketing campaign is in finding an emotional buyer who will pay a premium price.
Over the past few years Paul’s business has grown dramatically to the point where he is now fortunate enough to be able to employ the full time services of an Administration Co-Ordinator, a Prospecting/Database Manager and a Dedicated Buyer Consultant allowing him to maintain a high level of customer service and attention to detail during negotiations. After personally buying, selling and building multiple times Paul understands how daunting each process can be and this has helped him to understand the emotions that his clients feel. With multiple investment properties he also has a wealth of knowledge in understanding how property can make you money long term!
Aside from his strong passion for listing and selling Real Estate Paul is a one eyed supporter of the Geelong Football Club and the Australian Cricket Team. He loves relaxing with his fiancée, Antoinette, and young daughter, Taylah, and can often be found socialising at the occasional summer time BBQ!
