It is as rare as rocking horse......to have a decent size garden where the kids can run amok, facilitate the kids play equipment & possibly that 'Man Cave' that has been kept on the back burner for what seems an eternity!
I was going to add pool, but it just defeats the whole purpose of a Coastal change.
Split: This should appeal to any developers out there, each block would be approximately 453m2.They have to be in the location & a price that is non negotiable, $240,000 EACH!
Look at the option of community title (STCC), this seems to be the flavour of the month with developers, possibly allowing numerous townhouses being built & sold from a block of these dimensions.
Dividing straight down the centre is an option my vendor is still considering himself, the question is now haunting him.........

Opportunities do not come along that often in Old Survey Moana, so don't sit there procrastinating, by then it will be too late!
