It is a 2 min walk to the bus stop. The bus can take you directly to the city (40 mins - 60 mins), or drop you off at:
a) Dee Why (15 mins trip), where you could shop or walk to beaches and beachside eateries, or
b) Warringah Mall, a massive undercover shopping centre.
Manly can be reached via 2 buses or it is a 15 mins drive away.
In the other direction, going north by bus or car, you have one glorious beach after another all the way up to Palm Beach.
We require a quiet and clean tenant who will respect keeping music and TV noise to a minimum. We are only looking for a mature single tenant or a couple, with good references. A well behaved pet may be considered. All our tenants have loved living here, and regretted having to leave.
