"The thing that drew us to Clifton Crescent in the first place was the amazing location. The apartment is only a short walk to the trendy Beaufort Street, where we have had access to some amazing cafes, restaurants, shops and pubs. A short bus or cab ride away you can also experience the excitement that Northbridge and Leederville have to offer. It’s only a short ten to fifteen-minute bicycle ride to work in the city and if you’re not into pedaling the nearby bus stops make the commute to work extremely easy with several buses passing down Beaufort Street only a few minutes apart. The location is close by to medical centers, supermarkets, gourmet bakeries and butchers, parks, bike paths, and the airport. Everything you could need is in the surround area or suburbs making it a super convenient place to live."

"The unit itself is perfect for a couple. It is clean, well-lit and has plenty of space for entertaining both indoors and in the courtyard, out back. The open plan kitchen and living room setup makes it easy to entertain and socialise when you have guests around.
