Founder – Morry Schwartz

Morry Schwartz is Chairman and major shareholder of Melbourne based property development company, Pan Urban. Morry has been a high profile participant in the property industry for over two decades. His companies have been involved in several highly success projects in varied property sectors. He is also the Proprietor and Chairman of Schwartz Media.

CEO – Ben Stockdale

With over 10 years experience in digital media with corporations such as Citysearch, Fairfax Digital and more recently the real estate institute portal Realestateview.com.au, Ben is also active in Social Media for the real estate industry having implemented social strategies for some of Victoria’s most high profile agencies.

Editor – Aimee Formosa

Aimee has been producing our weekly e-newsletter for Rich Pickings and Real Estate News since its inception. The newsletter goes to over 40,000 subscribers and includes lush content with Property gossip and deluxe homes, which links back to Thehomepage.com.au.

Social Media/Advertising Manager – Jen Pearce

Jen is at the forefront of our social marketing. Keeping abreast of the latest trends and keeping all our social media (Facebook, Twitter, Linked in) activity up to date. Jen is also responsible for our advertising campaigns and ensuring they run smoothly.

Tim Whall

Tim brings a unique blend of expertise to the company through a career spanning real estate, property development and online. Tim has run and managed his own real estate office, been involved in buying and selling property off the plan and completed many single residential house and land packages. Tim offers a unique insight into the requirements of our developer and project-marketing clients.

Web Engineer – Michael Messig

Michael is one of the web developers for Thehomepage.com.au. He has a PhD in computer science and has been developing sites around the Internet for 10 years. Michael has worked on a range of projects from small start-ups to large enterprise web applications and kicks the wheels of Thehomepage servers every now and then.

Web Engineer – Shane Ferguson

Shane is one of the web developers for Thehomepage.com.au. He has expertise in Web design, development, running online campaigns. With over 6 years of web design and development experience he keeps our site sexy and the cogs turning.
