The Block heats up

Agents are preparing for a popular series of inspections next month as The Block properties edge closer to completion.

Last years The Block series attracted over 25,000 curious observer’s stream through the homes on their first open days, with another 10,000 people on the second day.

Sophie and Dale, Brad and Laura, Mike and Andrew, and Dani and Dan have already chosen their separate real estate agents and listings are thought to be available any moment – although images of rooms will be limited to only what has been completed and aired.

The Auction date is rumoured to be on 30^th June at the site, on the corner of Dorcas and Montague streets in South Melbourne. Prices in the area dictate the homes will be listed from a minimum of $1 million, up to $1.25 million.
