Maroon 5 lead man Adam Levine is selling his Los Feliz bachelor pad, expecting a price in the high $3millions. Adam Levine has been gracing Australian TV this year on American talent show The Voice. Levine bought the 1940’s ranch style house in 2005 for $3,195,000. The property was leased in 2009 for $10,000 per month. Levine had the property reworked by Mark Haddawy, who reduced the bedrooms from four to one, introduced rosewood, marble and a stainless steel kitchen and changed the pool from an oval to a rectangle.
