Maroon 5 lead man Adam Levine is selling his Los Feliz bachelor pad, expecting a price in the high $3millions. Adam Levine has been gracing Australian TV this year on American talent show The Voice. Levine bought the 1940’s ranch style house in 2005 for $3,195,000. The property was leased in 2009 for $10,000 per month. Levine had the property reworked by Mark Haddawy, who reduced the bedrooms from four to one, introduced rosewood, marble and a stainless steel kitchen and changed the pool from an oval to a rectangle. The former home of one of Australia’s greatest prime ministers, John Curtin, has been listed for sale for $600,000 plus. The 1906 Brunswick weatherboard was the home Curtin returned to after spending a few days in jail in 1914 for protesting against conscription during World War I. Curtin lived in the double-fronted Fallon Street home from 1912 to 1915, when in his late 20s he was the secretary of the Victorian Timber Workers Union, and an organiser for the Australian Workers Union.
