Strong response to Watervue sees new price benchmark set at Discovery Point


The launch of Watervue, the premium and only waterfront and park front residential apartment building at Australand’s Discovery Point masterplanned community in Wolli Creek, has achieved an outstanding response since it was released in October. Fifty percent of the 74 apartments available sold in the first 10 days following a successful launch campaign which generated more than 800 registrations of interest. Discovery Point wins UDIA commendation


Discovery Point’s Vine residential apartment building has been recognised on the industry’s night of nights, receiving a commendation in the high-density development category at the 2012 UDIA NSW Austral Bricks Awards for Excellence.
