New Caboolture community given green nod of approval

American radio personality, television host and network producer, Ryan Seacrest is selling his Hollywood Hills home for nearly $12 million.

Originally and unsuccessfully marketed for nearly $15 million back in 2010, the new listing states that the gated Mediterranean mansion if spread over 10,000 square feet and takes is broad canyon and city views.

Built in 1974, Seacrest bought the property in 2006 for $11.5 million from two-time Academy Award-winning actor Kevin Costner. Since then, he has renovated the home and it now includes six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a bar area, screening room, wine cellar, and a gym. The grounds include a separate guesthouse, tennis court, a swimming pool, and an entertaining cabana.

Seacrest, who is now aged 37, is most commonly known for hosting E! News, and American Idol. On top of being one of, if not the most, sort after host to date, he is Executive Producer of popular television shows such as ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’, ‘Denise Richards: It’s Complicated’, and ‘Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution’.
