Yes, we are FREE! The site does not charge a cent for all standard listings, and offers a 'Free Guarantee' agreement to all account holders.

I am selling my home. Can I list my property on the site?
We currently only display listings placed by registered Real Estate Agencies. To list your property on the site, you can find an agent near you to list your property with.
How do I upload our agency's listings on the site?

Can I manually upload a property or properties?
Yes, you can! Simply click on 'List Property FREE' and follow the prompts. This will guide you through setting up an account, which enables you to login at any time and upload as many residential properties as you would like.
How do I change our agency's details?
You can sign into your account and update your office details at any time. To sign in, click on 'Agency Login' and follow the prompts.
To sign in, you will need to know your relevant Agency's email address and your password. If you have forgotten your password, click on 'Forgotten Password?' and follow the prompts.
How do I get an outdated listing removed or updated?
This needs to be carried out by the agency that listed the property on the site. You can find out who the agency is by entering the listing and viewing the agent details on the right hand side of the listing information.
Common reasons for outdated listings are:- The listing agent hasn't manually removed the property they listed
- The listing agent hasn't updated the property via their portal feed
- There is a technical problem with the portal feed
In an urgent situation, Thehomepage can temporarily hide the listing. However, the listing is the responsibility of the listing agent and may reappear if it is not resolved appropriately.
Why are other agency listings bigger than ours are?
While the site offers free standard listings, there are various upgrade options that increase your agencies branding and listing sizes. Contact our sales team for rates and our special offers.
Alternatively, you can upgrade individual properties by entering the listing and clicking on the 'Upgrade this listing' link at the bottom of the page.
Why can't I login to the Agency section?
Make sure you're entering into the 'Agency Login', as opposed to the 'User Login'. The User Login is for general users to maintain their shortlist and other saved items. If you are still having problems, please contact our team at info@thehomepage.com.au.
I've forgotten my password
If you forget your password, simply click on the 'Forgotten Password' link next to the Password field and follow the prompts.
Why won't my listings images upload?
Listing images must be the correct size to upload correctly. Please ensure all images are at least 800 x 600 px.
I want to upload our company logo, what are the specifications for this?
Company logos must comply with to our logo specifications:- GIF, PNG or JPG file
- At least 320 pixels wide
- At least 60 pixels high
- No larger than 2Mb
Do you accept Commercial Listings?
We do not accept Commercial listings at this stage unfortunately. Our team is working hard to constantly evolve the site to cater to everyone's wishes, so stay tuned… it may be just around the corner!
